A local court here on Thursday issued process against Lavasa Corporation in the criminal case filed by Maharashtra Pollution Control Board (MPCB) under the Environment Protection Act (EPA).
The Corporation is accused of not obtaining necessary clearances from the union Ministry of Environment and Forests before starting the construction work at its township project at Lavasa in Pune district.
