The Opposition Left Democratic Front will form a ‘Human Wall’ from Mullapeiryar to Kochi on Thursday as part of the campaign to put the issue in perspective, demanding the construction of a new dam which would ensure security to the people of Kerala and water to the people of Tamil Nadu.
Speaking to media persons here on Tuesday, LDF convener Vaikom Viswan said the Central and State governments were dilly dallying on the issue which needed strong measures and the LDF would present people from all walks of life in the campaign demanding strong measures for the new dam.
