It was rumoured earlier that Ek Main Aur Ekk Tu is remake of What Happens in Vegas? But this has completely different story except the place being the common factor in both the stories.

 But one can smell the scent of Jab We Met and Anjaana Anjaani. This movie is all about a timid boy meeting a fearless girl and how she transforms him from a boy to a man.
